If you were to narrow down my field, as Art Director technically I’m in marketing. I personally love subtle, tight creativity that may only grab an artists attention, however there are certain threats to our planet that should be addressed similar to an anti-war movement; here’s an article from a great marketing blogger Seth Godin, why global warming/climate change may need to be marketed differently.

Although I get to leave the grind of the 405 for a minute for work travel … most of my work is requested to be completed in our office Art Dept. At least there are no cubicles and a view of always sunny Orange County, CA.

However, if it was an option to “say goodbye to the office”, I’d be the first to sign up and work on working with a view of some snow covered mountains for at least 6 or so months of the winter shred season. I could work with this view all day.
